Hillside is a Certified Corporate Adult Foster Care (AFC) home which includes long or short term services provided in a residential setting to individuals who need 24 hour supervision. AFC homes are designed to provide independent living skills development, support, and supervised living for up to four people in a family-like environment.

We provide supportive services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Individuals in the AFC program may also access and receive services outside our facility for which they are eligible. The following features and services are provided within Thrive Behavioral Network, LLC AFC homes:

Thrive Behavioral Network, LLC Certified Corporate Adult Foster Care programs operate with a license from the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Hillside accepts Medical Assistance (CADI Waiver) and many other sources of funding. For more information please contact us.

The town of Mankato is only 10 miles down the road on 169. On 169 is 7 mile Creek Park. It is a beautiful place to hang out with the family. It has walking trails, volleyball nets, grills, fire pits, and a creek running through it. Some local area attractions include:
