“We, the brother and sister-in-law of [client] would like to compliment and praise you for the caring attitude and gentle care given to him through his different illnesses. You have gone way beyond the regular assistance you have given him. Thanks for all you do.” — Family Members of Resident

“I would like to say a few words about the folks who manage and maintain [Rule 36 facility]. My son has lived there for 8 years. He has a chronic illness and could not be at a better place. [Staff name] is the best and really cares about who lives there! [client name] was here over the weekend and out of the blue I asked him ‘on a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your caregiver?’ He didn’t hesitate for a second- ‘[staff name] gets a 10!’ As a mother I can’t thank them enough.” — Mother of Resident
